Refund Policy

At DINASTIATOUR, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our policies before purchasing.

  1. Canceling & Modifying Orders

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

Requests must be made within 12 hours of payment.

Orders already in process cannot be canceled.

A fee of 6.9% + $1 will be applied for administrative and payment processing.

  1. Return Conditions

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

Products must be unused, intact, and include original packaging.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All returns must be authorized by contacting service@dinastiatour.shop first.

  1. Refund Terms

Refunds are issued if items are damaged, incorrect, or fail to arrive on time.

Provide supporting evidence (photos, order info, customer details).

Buyer-initiated returns require the customer to cover shipping costs.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  1. Exchanges

Carrier errors will result in a replacement shipped at no cost.

Incorrect shipping information by the customer makes replacement costs the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Limitations & Exclusions
    Refunds or returns are not allowed for:

Delays caused by customer errors or failure to respond to delivery.

Items in transit that cannot be intercepted.

Custom or pre-order products unless defective.

Packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Returns delayed by customs or unforeseen events.

  1. Failed Deliveries

We will attempt to contact you using your email if delivery fails.

Incorrect contact details may result in loss for which we are not liable.

  1. International Orders

Customs duties or import fees may apply.

Returns or cancellations due to shipping or customs charges are generally not accepted.
